This trip will take you from the quaint village of Patterdale and up to the summit of Fairfield which sits at 873m and is a real Lake District classic. After taking in the views we will then descend to have a dip in the enticing waters of Grizedale Tarn, which is nestled amongst several different peaks. After warming up with a hot drink, we descend steadily down through the beautiful Grizedale valley back to Patterdale.
