SUP is easy to learn at any age or fitness level, and can be enjoyed by everyone on lakes, rivers, canals and the sea. SUPs give you a great vantage point and allow ease of movement for you to glide on open water or catch and ride waves in a river. Stand or kneel whilst you also enjoy a full-body workout, strengthening your core and increasing your balance.

A guide will help you to develop your paddling skills and learn new techniques whilst taking you on easy journeys through beautifully scenic environments, or perhaps fitting the SUP in a backpack to travel further afield for bigger adventures…
